Cwmtawe Medical Group uses an online service called AskMyGP .
AskMyGP allows you to request help from the practice online using the internet or a smartphone.
📋 You can use AskMyGP to request:
- Clinical advice
- Telephone or face-to-face appointments
- Medication requests
- Administrative requests
⏰ AskMyGP opening times
- Monday to Friday – from 8:00am
- Due to very high demand and staff shortages, opening times may occasionally change
All routine requests submitted after this time will be dealt with on the next working day.
