Overview

The Sanctuary is an out-of-hours service providing practical and therapeutic support to individuals at risk of mental health crisis in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. Operating 365 days a year, it offers a safe, homely environment during evening and nighttime hours when support is often most needed.

Service Hours

  • Open: 7 days a week, every day of the year

  • Hours: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Who We Help

We support individuals aged 17 years, 9 months and older experiencing:

  • Stress, anxiety, or low mood

  • Difficulties related to the coronavirus pandemic

  • Financial worries

  • Loneliness or isolation

  • Relationship or family concerns

  • Domestic violence situations

  • Deteriorating mental health

  • Private areas for quiet time or one-to-one support
