Urgent appointments

If you need to be seen urgently, please contact us via AskMyGP, by telephone, or come into the surgery straight away. You will be offered an appointment the same day, but it may not be with the clinician of your choice. Please note that we do offer same day consultations for children under 16 years old that present with an acute problem.

Pre-bookable / advance non-urgent appointments (Nurse or Healthcare Support Worker)

If your request is non-urgent and relates to a Nurse or Healthcare Support Worker appointment, you can submit a request using the online form below.

These requests are for pre-bookable (advance) appointments only. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 working days.

If you are unable to use the online form, you can also contact the practice by telephone or attend the surgery.

Please note that we do offer same day consulations for presentations of children (under 16 years old) with acute problems.

Telephone consultations

Patients do not need to see a doctor for all illnesses or enquiries. We offer telephone consultations with a clinician, and you will be given an approximate time for your call.

Home visits

Home visits are at the discretion of the doctor. Please phone before 10.00am.

When a home visit is genuinely required, please provide full details including the patient’s name, address, age, telephone number, and reason for the visit.

This helps the on-call doctor prioritise urgent cases. Please note that several patients can be seen in the surgery in the time it takes to complete one home visit.

Out of hours

If you need medical help outside of surgery hours, please call NHS 111.
