Education Programmes for Patients (EPP) is a free self-management programme provided by health and social care professionals, designed to help individuals living with long-term health conditions or in caring roles. The goal is to support your health, improve well-being, and help you live safely and independently in your community.

What We Offer

We provide free, professionally led courses focused on managing:

  • Fatigue and poor sleep

  • Physical limitations and tense muscles

  • Pain, stress, anxiety, fear, and frustration

  • Depression and anger

  • Medication use and side effects
